See various historically important local vehicles, such as the Craigievar Express, a steam powered tricycle built in 1895, the Sentinel Steam Waggon of 1914 and the beautifully restored Cruden Bay Tram

A Treasure House of Transport History! Dramatic displays, working exhibits and DVD presentations trace the history of road travel and transport in the North East of Scotland.

Facilities include free car parking, Education Room, shop, cafe (daily July August otherwise Sundays only), children's play area, picnic area.

Access facilities include Audioguide, Interactive CD ROM of museum, Induction loop at Reception, Wheelchair access WC, Wheelchair, large print on key displays.
